This document (General Terms) defines the conditions applicable to sales made between, on one hand, people wishing to purchase via the website http://shop.yasmine-eslami.com, hereinafter called “the customer “and on the other hand, the company Le Studyo SARL, whose headquarter is located 35 Rue Richelieu, 75001 PARIS; Phone number: +33 (0) 9 84 51 51 14, registered with the RCS under number 501 455 737 operator site “http://shop.yasmine-eslami.com and http://www.yasmine-eslami.com“, and hereinafter called “Le Studyo SARL“.
These conditions concern exclusively non-commercial individuals.
1. PRODUCT PRICE
Product
The customer is informed when placing the order of the availability of the product they wish to select.
If the product becomes unavailable after confirmation of the order the customer is notified by email, no later than three days after the 3 working order validation.
The photographs of the products presented are the most accurate possible reproduction of each product to know the essential characteristics.
Price
All product prices are indicated in euros all taxes included, excluding processing and shipping fees.
VAT is that in force on the French territory.
The Studyo SARL reserves the right to change prices at any time without notice. The products will be billed based on rates in effect at the time of order entry.
The products remain the property of Le Studyo SARL until full payment is received byLe Studyo SARL
2. ORDER
The customer can order online via the website http://shop.yasmine-eslami.com, by mail at – Le Studyo SARL – 35 Rue Richelieu, 75001 PARIS and also by phone at +33 (0) 9 84 51 51 14.
Le Studyo SARL reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute over payment of a previous order.
Any order implies acceptance of prices and descriptions of products available for sale.
The Studyo SARL is committed to fulfill orders received on the website only in the limit of available stocks of products. A lack of availability of the product, The Studyo SARL undertakes to promptly notify the customer.
3. DELIVERY AND SHIPPING COSTS
Delivery method :
The delivery is done by La Poste, Chronopost, DHL, FedEx or other carriers depending on customer choice.
Shipping fees are payable in addition to the product prices.
We make the best efforts to have the order delivered in the shortest possible time. Orders placed on Friday from 14h, Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following Monday. Similarly for orders on a holiday will be processed the next business day.
Items ordered by the customer are delivered to the address specified by the customer. The customer has the opportunity to deliver the goods to an address other than his own. The delivery will not be assured in the event of force majeure, transport strike and / or postal services.
All orders not shipped within 30 days of the date of the order will be canceled unless otherwise announced in the offer to sell.
Le Studyo SARL will reimburse you or exchange the apparently defective products, does not correspond to the order or do not meet customer expectations within 15 days of purchase. In this case, the customer must request a return (see Article 6) Le Studyo SARL proceed, exchange or refund of the product concerned. 4. PAYMENT
Payments by credit card (VISA, Mastercard, Carte Bleue) will only be accepted. Other payment methods such as bank transfer and against refund will not be accepted.
Placing an order implies acceptance by the customer resulting in the formation of the contract and the final customer acceptance of prices and conditions of sale.
5. AVAILABILITY
The products offered on http://shop.yasmine-eslami.com are valid until they are visible on the site, subject to availability. The information on the availability of products are provided when placing the order. In the event of unavailability of product after placing the order, Le Studyo SARL undertakes to inform the customer by email or by mail upon receipt of information and as soon as possible. Your order will be automatically canceled and the customer immediately refunded if your account was debited.
6. RIGHT OF RETRACTION
The customer has fifteenth working days from the date of receipt to return at its own expense and without reason, the articles he has ordered. If the conditions above are met, Le Studyo SARL will refund the customer the full amount of his order within fifteen days from reception of the products by Le Studyo SARL.
Le Studyo SARL won’t reimburse the cost for the shipment of return products by the customer. In case of exchange, Le Studyo SARL won’t charge the customer the transportation cost for the exchanged product.
All exchanged products will be sent via recorded post back, Collissimo.
7. TRADE AND REFUNDS
The customer has a period of fifteenth working days to return or exchange, at its expense, any product ordered if it does not give him satisfaction. This period starts from the date of receipt.
All products must be returned in its original condition and packaging unworn and unwashed to the following address: Le Studyo SARL, 35 Rue de Richelieu, 75001 PARIS and be accompanied by the original invoice, the back of which it is necessary to indicate the reason for return.
It is the customer to keep any evidence of return, which assumes that the order be sent by registered mail or by any other means giving a certain date it was sent.
Products returned otherwise than in their condition and original packaging, including incomplete, damaged, worn or soiled by the customer will not be repeated. In case of abnormal or excessive returns, Le Studyo SARL can refuse to serve a further order.
If the above conditions are met, Le Studyo SARL, will refund the customer the full amount of his order within fifteen days from the receipt by Le Studyo SARL products, except for costs of returning the products remain to the customer.
In case of exchange, Le Studyo SARL invoices them not cost of returning the product traded.
Any item belonging to the “Archives” category or coming from the “SurprYse me” category (“SurprYse bags”), will not be returned, exchanged or refunded.
8. SECURE TRANSACTION

11. WARRANTY
All products offered on the site http://shop.yasmine-eslami.com are subject to the legal guarantee provided by Article 1641 of the Civil Code. All products can be subject to exchange or refund within 15 days from the order date in accordance with Article 7. Any request for exchange or refund must be removed by the return procedure.

13. APPLICABLE LAW
This agreement is subject to French law. The language of this contract is French. In case of dispute with professionals and / or traders, the courts of Paris (France) will be competent. In case of dispute with a customer, the French courts will have jurisdiction.
