ABOUT THE ESHOP
Yes, the collections in the store are the same as those online on our website, except in exceptional cases such as archives or sales.
The archives correspond to our old collections offered at reduced prices. These items are neither exchanged or refunded.
– How can I find my size?
Our size guide allows you to find the most suitable size, whatever your country of reference and gives you the keys to take your measurements.
The right size may depend on each woman and each product. We invite you to visit our boutique or one of our points of sale for a fitting. If you prefer to try on at home, please note that we will cover the cost of exchanges* of sizes, colors or products.

ORDERS AND PAYMENTS
Our website offers payments by credit card, PayPal and Apple Pay*.
The choice of the means of payment is made at the time of validating your basket.
*The Apple Pay option is only available via your cell phone.
Once your order has been validated, it will no longer be possible to add an item to it or to change the size or color of an item. If you have not received an email confirming the shipment of your order, you can contact us at the following address: email@example.com with a precise description of the changes to be made.
If your order has already been shipped, we invite you to return it to us* and we will then proceed with an exchange if the item is in its original condition with the label.

After your order has been shipped, we will inform you by email of its departure from the carrier.
This email will be accompanied by the tracking number of the order, so you can follow your package directly on the carrier’s platform.
The delivery is offered in Metropolitan France, by colissimo or by courier for Parisians. For the rest of the world, it is offered from 300€ of purchase.
Delivery is free everywhere in France and from 300€ of purchase for the rest of the world.
The preparation of the parcels in our store is made in the total respect of the sanitary rules.
You have up to 5 working days to collect your parcel from the post office after receiving a delivery notice when you have chosen the Colissimo or Chronopost option. Concerning DHL and FedEx, the carrier will often contact you to agree on a new delivery date.
For the courier option, you must be present otherwise the package will be returned directly to our store.
You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is ready to be picked up in our store. You have one week to come and pick it up.
Any person accompanied by a photocopy/photo of your ID can pick up your order. You will have to inform us beforehand by email at the following address: firstname.lastname@example.org
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Any item returned incomplete (product label, strap, removable foam, protective tab, fastener, button), damaged, washed or worn will not be returned or refunded.
For swimsuits, the protective strip located at the crotch must be present and will be changed before any return.
Any item belonging to the “Archives” category or coming from the “SurprYse me” category (“SurprYse bags”), will not be returned, exchanged or refunded.
You have 15 calendar days after receipt of your order to make a return.
Returns are at the customer’s expense and must respect certain conditions: they must be returned in their original packaging (unworn and unwashed items) and must be accompanied by the original invoice, on the back of which you must indicate the reasons for the return. We will cover the shipping costs to send you your size, model or color exchange.

Your order will be accompanied by an envelope containing customs documents (if necessary).
Be sure to retain the tracking number, so that you can follow its progress to our premises. On receipt of your return, we will process it within 3 to 15 working days and send you a confirmation e-mail.
Don’t hesitate to contact us and send us photos directly at email@example.com to help us solve your problem.
Your return package will be processed within 3 to 15 working days after receipt*. The amount will be refunded to the bank account used to pay for the order. The processing of your return will be confirmed by e-mail. From this confirmation message, the refund will be effective within 3 to 5 working days.
The amount refunded corresponds to the amount of the products returned with label.
If after 3 weeks your return has still not been processed by our team, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
*These times may be extended during sales, collection launches or busy periods.
A welcome email with the -10% code will be automatically sent to you after you register for the newsletter. Remember to check your spam, if it does not appear in your inbox or in your spam, you can contact us at the following address: email@example.com, we will send you your code.
An insert is provided for this purpose when you place your order, at the “Shopping Cart” stage. You must log in to your account to access it.
Please note that in case of return of your order, the coupon used will not be credited.
Your advantage code applies to all our seasonal items, except for the products on sale and the items in the “Archives” category.
We recommend washing your lingerie and swimwear by hand to preserve it.
If you choose to wash them in the washing machine, it is imperative to respect a delicate cold program (maximum 30°) and to put your products in a laundry bag.
